Children's Commissioner
Dame Rachel de Souza is the Children's Commissioner for England. It is her responsibility to promote, protect and advocate the rights of children, especially the most vulnerable.
If you know of a child or are a child in care, leaving care, living away from home or working with Children's Services, Help at Hand the Children's Commissioners advice or assistance service can give you free, impartial help and advice. You can speak to them confidentially about any questions you have or anything that's troubling you - no issue is too big or too small. Just get in touch with them via email at help.team@childrenscommissioner.gov.uk.
